Tv9 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the tv9 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing or using the tv9 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the tv9 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of this platform by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and tv9. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform or services. tv9 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and users will be notified via the platform or their registered email.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.
- Tv9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact tv9 support immediately. We will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised use that occurred prior to the report being made.
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Prohibited Activities
Users of the tv9 platform are not permitted to:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
- Taking any action that disrupts or compromises the security, integrity, or performance of the tv9 platform.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers through multiple accounts, identity fraud, or other unauthorised means.
- Transferring funds between user accounts for the purpose of manipulation or circumventing the system.
- Publishing content that is seditious, unlawful, or damaging to tv9's reputation on any public platform.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of tv9's services is lawful in their jurisdiction or country of residence. This platform is intended for users in Malaysia. Any breach of local laws arising from use of the platform is solely the user's responsibility, not tv9's.
Payment & Transaction Information
All deposits and transactions on the tv9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, and other approved methods as updated from time to time. tv9 does not accept deposits in cash, cheque, or foreign currency directly. Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed, which typically takes a few minutes depending on the method used.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. tv9 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. Any refund requests or transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Once a withdrawal has been processed, tv9 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
The tv9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. tv9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, odds display errors, or system delays.
Account Suspension & Closure
Tv9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, bonus abuse, system manipulation, or unlawful activity. If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of tv9 management.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tv9 platform, including logos, user interface, text, graphics, icons, and software code, is the exclusive property of tv9 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without the express written consent of tv9.
Third-Party Links
The tv9 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment providers. tv9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Terms Changes & Governing Law
Terms Amendment
Tv9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
